Visitor tips and policies

We want you to make the most out of your visit. Please help us make the Sursock Museum a pleasant experience for everyone by following these simple guidelines.

Baggage and coat check

Carry-ons and backpacks larger than 45 x 36 x 20 cm [MK1] should be checked in at the coat check facilities. We ask visitors not to carry bags on their backs in the galleries. To avoid queues, please leave any large items at home.

Coats and collapsible umbrellas are permitted in the Museum, but large umbrellas must be checked in at the coat check facilities. Wet umbrellas must be left outside.

Please note that the Museum assumes limited liability for items checked in at the coat check.

Cameras

We welcome visitors to take non-flash, still photographs in the galleries, for personal use only. The use of tripods is not allowed. Occasionally, taking pictures in exhibitions may be prohibited. Signs will be posted when such restrictions are in effect.

Share your pictures with us @sursockmuseum on Twitter and Instagram!
