Richard A. Chahine collection
Drawing from Richard A. Chahine’s archive, the documents exhibited here – photographs, press cuts, and artist folders – highlight some of his extensive research on Lebanon’s and the region’s rich cultural heritage.
Chahine, who generously donated his archive to the Sursock Museum in 2015, is a local antiquarian and gallerist. Over three decades, he gathered comprehensive documentation about the cultural landscape of the region.
Richard A. Chahine’s archive is available for consultation at the Library.
