View from the IAW 2024 at the Sursock Museum Library
In 2024, the archival department was involved in the research process for the exhibition program of the museum. Including Hommage à Abdelhamid Baalbaki exhibition.
In April 2024, the library assigned a previously intern, to be the library officer.
In May 2024, the library displayed archival material related to past exhibitions workflow and research process, for the International Archives’ Week (IAW), that is celebrated with the institutions that are affiliated to MoHO (Moderne Heritage Observatory). A screening of 7 films that were produced by artists, historians and architects, based on archival material, were shown in June following the display.
